90-Day Warranty Coverage

All repairs come with a 90-day warranty. If you experience any functionality issues within 90 days of your repair, bring your device back, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.

What’s Covered?

  • Only parts replaced by our technicians are covered under the warranty.
  • Warranty excludes issues related to faulty logic boards, physical damage, or pressure damage.
  • Proof of purchase is required for any refund, return, or exchange requests.

Accidental Damage Policy

We understand that accidents happen, but please note:

  • If you break your device again after repair, it will not be covered under our warranty.
  • We use high-quality replacement parts, including OEM-grade screens.
  • To help prevent future damage, we recommend protective cases and screen protectors.

Cosmetic Adjustments & Device Housing

  • During repairs, we may need to make minor cosmetic adjustments (e.g., bending corners, filing sharp edges). These cosmetic changes are not covered under the warranty.
  • If the device housing is severely damaged, we will inform you of the increased risk of further damage and may not offer a warranty in such cases.

Water Damage Repair

  • Repairs for water-damaged devices are not covered under warranty.

Replacement Parts

  • We use the best quality third-party parts available for repairs.
  • Internal components are not visible until the device is opened. If any parts inside are damaged or missing prior to repair, we will not be held responsible.

Data & Waterproofing Disclaimer

  • Back up your data before repair, as we are not responsible for any lost data.
  • After repair, your device will no longer remain waterproof.

Battery Warranty

  • Battery replacement warranty only guarantees functionality—not battery life or performance duration.
  • Rechargeable batteries naturally degrade over time, and lifespan depends on usage and settings.

Device Collection Policy

  • If you do not collect your device within 30 days of repair completion, we reserve the right to dispose of the device.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final.
  • We offer exchanges only if the product is unopened, in its original condition, and returned with a receipt within 14 days.
  • Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available. Otherwise, store credit may be offered.

Non-Warranty Items

  • Glass screen protectors & waterproof cases do not come with any warranty.
